Story By: FLORENCE SPEEDWAY – UNION, KY – This Saturday, May 10th, is one of the most popular events of the season as Snappy Tomato Pizza Fan Appreciation Night returns to Florence Speedway.
During intermission, drivers will bring their cars to the infield, giving fans the chance to head out onto the track, meet the drivers, and collect autographs. With discounted tickets costing just $12 and kids 12 and under allowed in free, this night has quickly become a must-attend event that fans and drivers look forward to every year.
Please note that there will be earlier start times for this event, with hot laps beginning at 5:30 and racing at 6:30.
Racing this Saturday:
A full night of racing action is on tap, with the Modifieds, Crate Late Models, G&G Express Sport Mods, Hornets, and Crown Vic divisions all set to run a complete program, including hot laps/qualifying, heat races, and feature events.

Tickets will be available at the gate, or you can skip the line and buy your tickets and reserved seats online now at https://florencesp.webtix.co/. Tickets purchased online will be sent to your email and can be printed out or opened on your smartphone. Then you can proceed directly to the gate on race day. Reserved seats will be available online through Thursday. After that they will only be available at the track on race day.
Driver Registration Reminder:
Drivers racing at Florence Speedway in 2025 must complete a new MyRacePass registration and a W-9 tax form, even if this was done last season. To ensure accurate car owner details for nightly payouts and 1099 forms please verify that the car ownerโs name, address, and tax ID/social security number are correct. That is the information we use for the nightly payoff checks and for your 1099.
