Story By: BEN SHELTON / COMP CAMS SUPER DIRT SERIES – CONWAY, AR – Due to heavy rains that have already saturated the facility with more forecasted, officials with Magnolia Motor Speedway and the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) have made the decision to postpone the 2023 edition of the Clash at the Mag, which was originally scheduled for this weekend.

The event will now be held on Friday and Saturday, July 14 -15 with an Open Practice slated for Thursday, July 13.

“It’s been extremely wet in Columbus, Mississippi so far this week with over an inch of rain falling at the track with even more predicted over the next few days. As a result, we’ve decided to postpone the Clash at the Mag until July 14-15,” CCSDS CEO Chris Sullivan said. “Thanks so much to all the racers, teams, fans, and sponsors for their support. We hate that we can have the event this week, but we’re already looking ahead to July.”

The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series will now be idle until the mid-July doubleheader at the Johnny Stokes’ promoted oval.
