The 50-lap showdown for the popular four-cylinder class doubles as a Father’s Day Special with Dads expected to get all the praise in Victory Lane this weekend at White Mountain!
The mighty four-cylinder Strictly Minis call White Mountain Motorsports Park home each and every week throughout the summer racing season, but this Saturday is the big one! 50 laps of action in their annual Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Father’s Day Special means double the distance and double the excitement! Former rookie of the year McKenna Merchant, longtime point chaser Todd Derrington and rookie candidates Kylee Potter and Landyn O’Donnell are among those hoping the extra distance affair will turn their seasons around on Saturday while Jack Hayes, Donnie Baumgardner and Patrick Switser will be digging deep to add a second 2024 win to their collection!
The Foley Oil & Propane Late Models continue to track down Claremont, New Hampshire’s Mike Jurkowski with both veterans and rookie teamsters looking stout in the early weeks to start off the 2024 season. 40 drivers have already made at least one start so far at White Mountain this season with New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track clearly circled on everyone’s calendar.
Everyone continues to chase defending champion Brandon Gray in the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers with former champion Shane Sicard regaining confidence after a season away and former rookie of the year Luke Peters growing ever more competitive each time out! The New England Antique Racers will also join the card on Saturday with their Sportsman and Modified Divisions!
The Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars are back with Andy Hill standing tall, so far, in twin 20-lap segment competition over 2024 season-long runner-up Dave Gyger and defending champ Jason Wyman. The Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division is also back with a full field of the next generation ready to take on the White Mountain highbanks once again on Saturday!
