Storms Force Lincoln Speedway’s First Speedweek Cancellation In 34-Year Mini-Series History Saturday

Story By: LINCOLN SPEEDWAY – ABBOTTSTOWN, PA – Heavy summer storms forced Lincoln to cancel a Speedweek show for the first time in Speedweek’s 34-year history on Saturday night. Lincoln had rain outs during Speedweek prior to Saturday, but had always had an opportunity to make those races up on a scheduled off night during the week.

The 2024 Speedweek schedule does not have any make up dates available for Lincoln to utilize.

The 50/50 from Saturday night will be rolled into Monday, July 1 and one 50/50 winner will be pulled.

The Kevin Gobrecht Memorial is rescheduled to Saturday, August 31 as part of the Labor Day Duels. Rainchecks from 6/29 will be honored for the Kevin Gobrecht Memorial on 8/31.

Fans can also use their raincheck from 6/29 per our raincheck policy for the next three races at the ticket value of the event.

Extreme Stocks in attendance tonight will receive an additional $50/car to their payoff on August 10 and can use their rainchecks for that night.

If you have questions please contact the office 717-624-2755.

This Monday, July 1, Lincoln Speedway is back in action for Night #4 of PA Speedweek with a $10,000 to win show for the 410 Sprints.

The Eastern Museum of Motor Racing will also be on hand for an exhibition of vintage cars. Racing is scheduled for 7:30PM with pit gates opening at 5PM and grandstand gates opening at 5:30PM.
