Brad Pearsall Returns to Just Foam It OSCAAR Modified Victory Lane

Story By: ASHLEY MCCUBBIN / OSCAAR – LONDON, ONT – For the first time since 2015, Brad Pearsall raised the checkered flag in victory lane as he won the Just Foam It OSCAAR Modified on Friday at Delaware Speedway as part of the OSCAAR Nationals presented by The Fyre Place & Patio Shop.

Starting on the front row after winning his qualifying heat, Pearsall wasted no time putting the No. 15 out front as he took the lead on the second lap and did not look back. He pushed the advantage out to a straightaway by the time the checkered flag waved en route to parking in Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC victory lane.

Steve Trendell put together a season-best runner-up finish, with last year’s series champion Jason Keen completing the podium. Marshall Schrink’s first appearance saw him place fourth ahead of Ryan Dick.

Mark Hamacher returned to the series with a sixth, while Wally Wilson was sidelined with mechanical issues on Lap 12. T.J Edwards placed eighth after seeing a rear-end let go on the opening lap in turns three and four.

Dave Mathers pulled out on-track, but failed to complete a lap after mechanical issues.

Bromley Automotive heat wins went to Brad Pearsall and T.J Edwards.
