Story By: HUMBERSTONE SPEEDWAY – PORT COLBORNE, ONT – With the predicted forecast for Sunday afternoon, it comes as a very difficult decision that Humberstone Speedway’s racing program scheduled for Sunday, October 6 has been canceled and will not be rescheduled.
“With the high energy that Saturday night brought with the amazing fans in the stands and with the track record 153 cars that raced, we felt that with the predicted forecast for rain that is expected into the afternoon and early evening, that we would not be able to get the track in racing conditions in time to run an efficient show”, speedway management said.
Humberstone Speedway management would like to thank all the drivers, crews, fans, marketing partners, and employees for their years of dedication to Humberstone and for making the 2024 season one that will always be remembered.
The final scheduled event will be the annual Eve of Destruction scheduled for Saturday, October 26.
