Nick Spiesz Scores Outlaw Midget Frostoberfest Victory at Flamboro Speedway

Story By: ASHLEY MCCUBBIN / OUTLAW MIDGET RACING CLUB – MILLGROVE, ONT – Not looking to be outshined by the other recent winners for the Outlaw Midgets presented by Canadian Tire Innisfil, Nick Spiesz picked up a checkered flag of his own at Flamboro Speedway’s Frostoberfest.

Spiesz made it look easy to kick off the month of October, turning a good qualifying effort into success by pacing all 25 laps of their feature to cap off a great night of racing.

Jason Metcalfe and Mikey Homewood made themselves known, running up front throughout the event with a close battle for second to keep the interest of the fans in the stands. Mike Bradley tried to find his way around the pair, coming up short in the end with a fourth.

Dave Inglis completed the top-five in front of Dave Bradley, Russ Couture, Richard Woodland, Kayla Semple, and and John Flamand.

Fred Homewood unfortunately struggled after his recent crash at Sauble en route to a 11th, followed by Brett Dorion, and Rob Harrison.

Kevin Spiesz, Tyler King, and Larry Lawson each failed to finish the event after mechanical difficulties.

The Outlaw Midgets are proud to be sponsored by Canadian Tire Innisfil and Falcon Fire & Services for the 2024 season.
