Story By: FLORENCE SPEEDWAY – UNION, KY – This Saturday, May 20th, is Fan Appreciation Night here at Florence Speedway. Fan Appreciation Night has quickly become one of the most popular nights of the season at Florence Speedway. General Admission is just $10 for adults and kids 12 and under are Free!
During intermission, the drivers in attendance will bring their cars to the infield. Fans will have the opportunity to go out on the track and meet their favorite drivers, collect autographs, and see the cars up close.
The on-track action includes a full program for Modifieds ($1,000-to-win), Dollar General Crate Late Models ($800-to-win), G&G Express Sport Mods ($500-to-win), a special event for the Adams Brothers Core Buyers Hornets ($500-to-win), and Crown Vics($150-to-win)
Please note the early start times for the fan night activities. The Pit Gates open at 3:00pm, followed by Main and Back Gates opening at 4:30pm. Hot Laps are set to begin at 5:00pm with racing action kicking off at 6:00pm.
Ticket prices in the General Admission area will be $10 for Adults (18+) while ages 13-17 will be $5. Children age 12 and under are admitted for free to the General Admission area. A pit pass is $35.
After purchasing, your tickets will be emailed to you. You can then print your tickets or use your smartphone and go straight to the gate.
For drivers competing at Florence Speedway for the first time this season, you will be REQUIRED to register for events through MyRacePass. Drivers are encouraged to create a MyRacePass account and register in advance prior to arriving at the track. This will expedite the at-track registration process on race day. Please note it is only necessary to register once per season. If you have previously registered for an event at Florence Speedway in 2023, it is not necessary to complete the registration form each week.
