Danny Dietrich Hard Charges Twice With Greatest Show On Dirt; Grove & Port Royal Next

Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / DANNY DIETRICH RACING – GETTYSBURG, PA – Two events with The Greatest Show On Dirt resulted in back-to-back Hard Charger Awards for Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing, advancing a grand total of 19 positions between starts at BAPS Motor Speedway on Thursday, July 20, and Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, July 21.

Impressive enough, each of Dietrich’s hard charges ended in the top-ten, racing ahead 11 positions at BAPS to finish eighth, followed by an eight position rally to finish seventh at The Grove.

Although unable to rally for a top-ten in Williams Grove Speedway’s Summer Nationals finale on Saturday, July 22, the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, native did qualify for the $20,000-to-win A-Main, ending his efforts 22nd in the running order.

With his recent results considered, “Double-D” is now the owner of six top-ten finishes with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series in 2023, two of which accomplished within the top-five.
