Brock Zearfoss’ Aiming For Big Money In The Empire State With World Of Outlaws

Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / BROCK ZEARFOSS RACING – JONESTOWN, PA – It was an up and down weekend in the Keystone State for Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing, and although the former Summer Nationals preliminary winner was unable to participate in Saturday’s $20,000-to-win Summer Nationals A-Main, finishing ninth in the Last Chance Showdown, his attention is already focused ahead, ready to invade Weedsport Speedway in Weedsport, New York, for the two-day Empire State Challenge on Saturday and Sunday, July 29-30.

The two-day New York sweep will be highlighted with a $20,000-to-win finale on Sunday, July 30.

Although unable to qualify for Saturday’s Summer Nationals finale, the “Jonestown Jet” kicked-off Williams Grove’s World of Outlaws doubleheader with a 17th-place score in Friday’s preliminary.

“We wanted a better outcome for our team, but we’re ready to move forward,” Zearfoss, driver of the Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, A. Lane Living, No. 3Z sprint car, said. “A great weekend at Weedsport will help us launch into our August schedule. We have a lot to look forward to. We’re ready to get going.”
