Story By: PAUL ARUTE / STAFFORD MOTOR SPEEDWAY – STAFFORD SPRINGS, CT – Over the last two seasons Stafford Speedway has highlighted the history of the NAPA Spring Sizzler® through the Sizzler® Shorts video series taking a look back at each running of the event and highlighting each Sizzler® winner.
This year’s Sizzler® Short video series will feature each driver entered in the 2024 NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler®.
“The last two seasons we took a look back into the Spring Sizzler® history books,” explained Stafford Speedway COO Paul Arute. “This year we’re going to do a deeper dive into the current Modified stars and feature each driver who enters the NAPA Spring Sizzler® with their own video. This gives the fans a chance to get to know a little more about the drivers who will be battling April 28th for $20,000 and the NAPA Spring Sizzler® trophy.”
Each Sizzler® Short video will introduce fans to the drivers entered in this year’s NAPA Spring Sizzler® and take a quick look at their personal racing history, past Stafford results, and more.
“Producing video content has been an important part of our goal of getting our drivers in front of a bigger audience” continued Arute. “Our video content is viewed by over one-hundred thousand each week across all platforms and this year’s Sizzler® Short series will introduce our fans to all the drivers they’ll see in the 52nd running of the NAPA Spring Sizzler®.”
The history of the NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler® runs deep. The 2024 Spring Sizzler® will mark the 52nd running of the “Greatest Race in the History of Spring” and has featured nearly all of the best Modified drivers of the last 50 years. Videos will be released on all social media platforms throughout the weeks leading up to NAPA Spring Sizzler® Weekend April 27th & 28th. Drivers must enter the event prior to April 1st to receive their featured video.
