This event promises to be a fun community gathering for community leaders, business influencers, and racing enthusiasts to come together in celebration of speed and excitement.
The Laguna Seca SpeedTour, marking the first race of the season, provides the perfect backdrop for this gathering, which will see the convergence of chambers from Monterey, Salinas, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. With a lineup of engaging activities and exclusive corporate promotions, the All-Chamber Mixer aims to ignite enthusiasm for the upcoming race season while fostering valuable connections within the community.
Attendees can look forward to an unforgettable evening filled with entertainment and networking opportunities. Admittance to this prestigious event is priced at $10 for chamber members and $20 for non-members, offering exceptional value for an evening of excitement and camaraderie.
Among the highlights of the Mixer will be the display of several authentic historic Trans Am race cars, providing guests with the chance to admire these legendary machines and their V8 engines up close. The ambiance will be further enhanced by music, a raffle featuring exciting prizes, appetizers, and libations including some wines from local winery I. Brand & Family, ensuring a delightful experience for all.
Adding to the allure of the evening, WeatherTech Raceway has partnered with industry leader McCune to offer an exclusive co-promotion. Mixer attendees will have the opportunity to avail themselves of a 10 percent discount on equipment rentals from McCune A/V Services when booking the Hospitality Pavilion, setting the stage for unforgettable corporate events. This offer will be valid from May 2 to July 31, providing ample opportunity for local businesses to capitalize on this deal.
The event will feature a vibrant outdoor space for guest registration, SpeedTour race cars, a step and repeat photo opportunity, beverages, appetizers, and engaging activities.
