Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / BROCK ZEARFOSS RACING – JONESTOWN, PA – Despite some issues with Mother Nature Friday night in eastern Iowa, it was clean and green Saturday in the Badger State, as Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing continued their 2023 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series campaign with the annual Badger 40 at Wilmot Raceway in Wilmot, Wisconsin, on Saturday, July 8. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native raced on to finish 11th in his final Wisconsin visit of the year, just missing the top-ten after starting ninth on the evening grid.

In all, Zearfoss, ace of the Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, A. Lane Living, No. 3Z sprint car, put together a solid effort at the southern Wisconsin venue, not only kicking things off with the ninth-fastest time during qualifying time trials, but continuing on with a third-place finish during his respective heat.

With all results accounted for, the “Jonestown Jet” will roll into Attica Raceway Park on Tuesday, July 11, currently ninth in the World of Outlaws standings, padded by four top-ten results to date.

Zearfoss is a former Brad Doty Classic champion.

“Having the opportunity to race at Attica and Eldora is always special, especially for what will be a monster week for everyone involved,” Zearfoss explained. “We’re essentially on our way home, so to roll back into Pennsylvania with solid finishes in the Brad Doty Classic, Eldora Million, and Kings Royal would be extra special. The whole world will have eyes on Ohio this week. We’re pretty pumped to be a part of it.”
