Chris Andrews Racing Continues To Pad 2023 Top-Five Column

Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / CHRIS ANDREWS RACING – SANDUSKY, OH – Sandusky, Ohio’s Chris Andrews has certainly found his rhythm in northwest Ohio, and with major events still remaining on the 2023 schedule, there’s no better time than now to build consistency, aiming to conclude the last half of the year with is first victory of the season.

Andrews, ace of the Ohio Truck Sales, Fleet Capital, Cintas, Ohio Peterbilt, Kenworth of Cleveland, Toledo Spring, NAPA Fremont Auto Parts, Burdue Insurance, No. 15C sprint car, continued his rhythmic ways with a podium performance at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, on Friday, August 18, crossing the line second after leading a large portion of the evening’s main event. Republic, Ohio’s Cap Henry was the eventual victor, stealing the top spot from Andrews on lap 12 of 30.

In all, a great evening at the home of “Ohio’s Finest Racing” for Andrews and Chris Andrews Racing, kicking things off with the 11th-fastest qualifying time, racing on to win his respective heat race from the outside-pole.

“We’re getting there,” Andrews, a former two-time Attica Raceway Park track champion, noted. “There’s a lot left on the schedule, so we’re going to keep doing what we’re doing and hopefully get this ‘15C’ up front. Hats off to the entire team. A lot of trial and error this year, but it’s paying off and we’re excited.”
