Rodney Rutherford Victorious In Halloween Enduro At Flamboro Speedway

Story By: ASHLEY MCCUBBIN / FLAMBORO SPEEDWAY – MILLGROVE, ONT – It may have been 250 laps of total chaos around the track, but in the end, a series of familiar names rose to the top of the list.

It seems no matter what he steps behind the wheel of at Flamboro Speedway, Rodney Rutherford finds a way to make it go fast and take home victories. The success carried forward into the Enduro, as he ran up front ahead of the other 58 competitors en route to taking home the victory in the Halloween Euduro.

Past event winner Dylan Sharpe was fast once again, and avoided the chaos for a runner-up performance this time around ahead of Dan Dosantos. Former track champion Gillian Hils and former Delaware Speedway Pumpkin Smasher winner Craig Cole rounded out the top-five.

Dave Lynch placed sixth ahead of Richard Polmateer, Mike Plazek, Mike Gould, and Andrew Castelein.

Congratulations goes out to Adam MacDonald for winning the Best Appearing Portion.

Ben Ehlert won the Demolition Derby that followed ahead of Dereck Lukings and Justin Laws.

This event concludes the 2023 season at Flamboro Speedway. Fans and competitors alike are encouraged to stay tuned to the social media channels and website for details with regards to the banquet, and the upcoming 2024 campaign.
