Story By: KENNY SHUPP / WOODHULL RACEWAY – The time for the Annual Woodhull Raceway Arnot Mall Car Show presented by Swarthout Recycling is getting closer.

According to event organizers and track owners, Terry and Niki Brewer, “Applicants are rolling in at a brisk pace. We have had exceptionally pleasant weather as of late which has teams inspired to get their cars done and into the show.”

Pierce stated that, “The Brewer’s decided to expand the car show to anyone that wants to participate this year. We are welcoming entries from Chemung, The Hill, Outlaw, as well as Sprint Cars, go-karts and microds. Anything race related! There is plenty of room and if the walking part of the mall fills up there is open store frontage available for any overflow.”

Pierce then went on to say, “We have a sponsor in place to provide trophies for the Annual Tire Changing Competition on Saturday. We are really going to hype up the Tire Changing to draw as many teams as possible. It is always an exciting competition. In addition, we are also setting up a table for our track sponsors that wish to get involved.”

Fans and racers are reminded that both Pit and Grandstand Season Passes, Reserved Grandstand Seating and Tower Rental Space can all be paid for during the event as Woodhull will have their track display located near The Arnot Mall’s Center Court.

Schedule cards for 2024 and track apparel will also be available at the Woodhull Raceway booth.
